Founded in 2023 and based in Crescenta Valley, LA Select North is changing the game. With year-round training, we’re building a competitive, tight-knit community where athletes push each other to get faster, smarter, and stronger every day.
The results are clear: sharper skills, higher lacrosse IQ, and confidence that translates directly to individual and team success.

Open to rising 9th through 12th graders
2 practices per week (30 total training hours)

Best for: athletes ready for a more competitive experience and looking to grow through gameplay.

This is our development-focused program designed for athletes who want to build confidence and improve their fundamentals in a low-pressure environment.
Open to rising 6th - 12th graders
Training only (no tournaments)
High-rep, progressive sessions
Focus on stick-work, footwork, and overall skill development
Flexible registration (full program, Sundays only, or Wednesdays only)
Best for: newer players or athletes looking to improve without the added pressure of competition.
